Be informed that when you pay the $348 for the application fee, that if you don't get the apartment, the $300 refund will come in a check within 2 weeks. This is important to know because if you like me were apartment hunting and you expected that money for the next deposit you would have to wait. Another note is that they don't have a policy to confirm deletion of your personal data if you don't qualify for the apartment. Your bank statements, social security number, and driver's license remains on there system from what I can gather. Personally, I don't see any reason why they would keep my legal information on their computers. I requested confirmation that they would delete my data and it was never clarified as part of their policy is to delete my data. So I can only assume since I requested it that they keep my data on their servers. Apartment staff is friendly and worked with me on move in cost.
