For the most part, it has been a nice experience living here apart from a few things with incidents happening in the parking garage and having to pay by check every month to avoid the fees with paying digitally. The study rooms are really nice and I’m glad I don’t have to go all the way to cline anymore to study. I will say Sofi has made my experience a lot nicer as she has definitely been the friendliest CA to me always trying to make my day better with a smile on her face. Although there are ways Park Place can improve, they have already done so after these incidents happened so everyone else doesn’t have to face what I had to, I just had to face the consequences unfortunately.

Park Place has been an amazing place to live. This is my second year living here and it’s great. The Amenities are top notch. Sofi is the nicest CA you could get along with all the other front desk ladies. Place is rad.

Lauren is such an amazing help! She has answered all my questions about leasing, parking, and many other details that I simply would've been unaware of without her help. She definitely is another reason I renewed my lease at Park Place, since she has such a kind demeanor that makes me less nervous about going to the front desk with questions.

Park Place Flagstaff has amazing amenities and is very reasonable in price. The rooms are modern and fit anyone’s daily needs. CA Sofi has been super helpful in the front desk and she has done an amazing job when Park Place has events around the building.

I’ve stayed at Park Place many times while visiting my boyfriend, and every time I go, I’m always impressed by how welcoming and comfortable it feels. A special shoutout to Sofi, because she has made such a huge difference in our experience. She helped me and my boyfriend through the confusing process of signing a lease and walked us through the stressful parts of move-in step by step. She explains everything so clearly, is super professional and knowledgeable, and always has the biggest brightest smile. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she’s always put together and professional while still being friendly, stylish, and approachable. She truly makes us feel valued, loved, and welcomed, not just like another set of residents. She’s shown us all the great parts of Park Place and how much fun it is to live there. Because of experiences like this, I honestly can’t wait to officially move into Park Place next year!
