Absolutely terrible experience with your receptionist, Aurora. I called asking to speak with a manager, and midway through the conversation she suddenly pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up. I thought maybe it was a technical issue, so I called back twice—only to have her intentionally hang up on me both times. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Aurora needs a serious refresher on basic phone etiquette, or perhaps she should consider a different job that better suits her attitude. The receptionist is the first point of contact and represents your entire organization—and with service like this, it’s no surprise your rating is sitting at 4.4. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing.

The way this place operates needs to be addressed. It is completely illegal and unethical. They moved my daughter out of her apartment before her lease even ended, solely to their advantage, so they could move a male tenant in and accommodate him and another male. She was displaced before her lease was up. Then there were the random workers who entered her apartment unannounced—twice—while she was sleeping. Can you even imagine her terror? They also had her car towed to a different parking spot for their own convenience, without notifying us, leaving us to believe her car had been stolen. Add to that the constant disrespect from leasing office employees, and it’s clear this place is run in an unprofessional, sleazy, and unethical way. From the moment you step into the office, it gives off the same cringeworthy vibe as a shady used car salesman. Parents, please trust your instincts and walk away—there are plenty of other student housing options in Flagstaff.

We really love living here, and the apartment living events hosted my Luke and Mariah really brightens my day and really brings the community together. In these days it's so hard to feel a sense of community, and Luke and Mariah really makes the magic happen by hosting events cater to different ages such as egg hunt that both kids and adults enjoy, breakfast bar, coffee and tea bar where we hang out in courtyard together, and even build your own strawberry shortcake. This makes me feel like I'm not living in an apartment complex but a community ❤️ thank you for this experience
