Floor planGood place to live with a good location near the south Woodlands (walmart) shopping center. Very close to south campus as well. Rent prices are fairly standard for the area (unfortunately), but still a vast discount compared to yugo or other campus style apartments. Pet friendly and great staff.
My husband and I were hired to be Santa and Mrs. Claus for the holiday party at Renew. We witnessed an event that was put together so beautifully that you could see and feel the love and effort that was put into this event. We also witnessed how AMAZING the Property Manager Nancy, the assistant Keith and even the Maintenance Team were with their Residents! They prove that it’s not just an apartment but a home and loving community! Outstanding job!
