Good place to live with a good location near the south Woodlands (walmart) shopping center. Very close to south campus as well. Rent prices are fairly standard for the area (unfortunately), but still a vast discount compared to yugo or other campus style apartments. Pet friendly and great staff.

My husband and I were hired to be Santa and Mrs. Claus for the holiday party at Renew. We witnessed an event that was put together so beautifully that you could see and feel the love and effort that was put into this event. We also witnessed how AMAZING the Property Manager Nancy, the assistant Keith and even the Maintenance Team were with their Residents! They prove that it’s not just an apartment but a home and loving community! Outstanding job!

Nice property. Maintenence requests are typically handled quickly and well. Office staff are welcoming. Pet friendly and some units even have a small fenced in yard!

Just moved in and let me just say this. I moved from Texas and had been living in a Hotel for weeks. I was searching and searching for a place and finally walked into Renew Flagstaff East! Keith was such a patient, kind and understanding man. Nancy and Keith both took the time to help me apply, explain the process and get me approved for immediate move in! SO grateful to the team at Renew Flagstaff East. Looking forward to living here for years to come.

The new leasing professional, Keith, has already made a great impression — he is professional, welcoming, and has fit in seamlessly as if he’s been here for years. The maintenance team, Dayton and Lyle, also deserves recognition. They are reliable, efficient, and consistently exceed expectations with the quality of their work. Their pride in maintaining the community is evident and greatly appreciated. In addition, the renovations happening throughout the property are truly impressive.
