Very clean, friendly staff and love the spa/pool. Spacious apartments and good for the holidays

Happy to be living at Village at Aspen Place, amenities are great (though I would prefer a sauna to the tanning room), modern and pleasant interior and terrific upkeep of the exterior and common spaces, staff is very responsive and helpful.

I’m happy with my place. I do wish there was some type of discount or rent special for when I renew my lease. All of the amenities are a plus especially the covered parking.

I got the pleasure of living here for a year and had a great experience. Office staff and maintenance is always kind and helpful, amenities are rarely down (if they are they get fixed in a timely manner). The whole complex is generally kept very clean and feels very safe with the key fob system. All residents I got to meet were always kind and neighborly as well. The only reason we moved was the rent cost but if you can afford it I would confidently say it is worth it!

One of the best apartments views of the San Francisco Peaks in Flagstaff AZ, I'd like to write a longer better review for this place but when I do it Google keeps not allowing my reviews to go through or my photos to be posted.
