The staff here is great! Delaney and Dominic are always available and ready to help with any problem, and they do it with a smile! This is a great place with a great mix of residents. 10/10 recommend.

I had a phenomenal experience with Dominic while touring the apartments. He truly brings something special to Cycle Apartments. Dominic provided exceptional customer service, was incredibly attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions while helping me put together a great plan moving forward.

I applied to Cycle Apartments and fully qualified for a top-floor unit. Despite there being clear vacancies and my credentials meeting all requirements, I was told I 'couldn't move' to a top unit without a valid explanation. It is deeply concerning to be steered away from available units for which I am qualified. This feels like a textbook case of steering or redlining. While the initial touring agent was pleasant, the management’s refusal to grant access to available inventory—despite my approval—suggests discriminatory practices. I handle my business professionally, and I expect the same level of integrity from a leasing office. Don’t apply here if you are a POC. EDIT: I was supposed to move in 29th they didn’t even email me at all regarding move in procedures. Again, redlining thank you.

I’ve lived at Cycle for a handful of years now, and although it’s always been great, ever since Roundhouse starting managing our complex— it’s been beyond amazing!! I never have to wait long for an email response, they’re always quick to answer the phone, and they just seem to be on top of every little thing you wouldn’t even think of. I’ve always loved how dog friendly it is (and I know my doggie is especially appreciative of the dog park lol), but the office employees are also so sweet and give him pets and treats whenever we walk by downstairs:) Delaney even just helped me immenselyyyy with renewing my lease and she was so, so helpful—regardless of the fact that it was the end of the day on a Friday — she stayed on the phone with me for a long while and helped answer every random question i had lol. I truly couldn’t recommend Cycle enough— everybody that works there is not only personable, but they also just genuinely care:)

Living at Cycles have been nothing but excellent! I use all the amenities and I have been pleased with the upkeep and thoroughness throughout. They been quick to assist with any needs I may have. The staff is so polite, it always feels welcoming walking into the front office, Bree is amazing!! I would absolutely recommend!
