The Preserve at the Meadows

We had our furnace breaking down on a weekend and our apartment was really getting cold. Raised a Maintenance request through the Loft Living app. Wayne our Maintenance Supervisor who was on call that day showed up within an hour of raising the request, did initial inspection of the furnace, find out the root cause, replaced the draft inducer motor which he stocked as spare part at site itself. The furnace was up and running again within an hour. Excellent service.

So many positive things to say about the staff at the Preserves. Trevor and Wayne are there to handle any and all maintenance issues and be a good friend to my daughter, Amy. Dawson is awesome in helping and facilitating a move to a different unit. Wouldn't have happened without Dawson! Dana helped get the new lease ready, even though a network issue. We are so thankful for the staff to help and support Amy
