This place seems very nice from the outside but renters beware!!!! Not even a month in and and we have seen German Cockroaches every night! Multiple units are having water damage issues and we have had times where we do not have hot water. Maintenance is very kind and supportive but they are fighting an uphill battle and are understaffed. Do not live here until the major health hazards have been addressed and dealt with!!!

We have lived here almost 6 years and while not perfect its been an enjoyable experience. The office staff is kind and new maintenance crew is excellent. Any concerns or maintenance tickets I've put in have been turned around quickly and done well. They have someone come weekly to clean up dog poop, even though you'd hope the tenants would do that and the stair wells are cleaned weekly as well. The maintenace crew keeps the grounds pretty clean and did a great job clearing snow this past winter. I'm happy with everything.

This place is honestly bad, especially if you have kids. There’s been a lot of creeps reported to the management and nothing had happened. There were times kids would get yelled at for playing outside and drawing with chalk, they would also get onto kids for riding bikes, scooters, etc, in the complex. There’s black mold everywhere, cheap repair jobs (when they decide to repair things when you call), chipping paint, and overall a dirty place. When we moved in there were run lines down the walls, stains on the carpet, and corners of carpet coming up. The way they manage has to be somewhat illegal. The manager barely listens to what you say and completely ignores complaints. Also, they’re horrible at keeping up with the park, pool, and dog park. All of the equipment is either trashy or broken at the park, the pool is almost never open and never heated like advertised, and there’s poop all over the yards and dog park.

Honestly the worst place you can life in. Brent forged papers and Antonia thinks she doesn't need to know the law. Both I can proof. Antonia was so incredibly rude I have it on video. The way she reacted when pointed out that's she didn't go by the current law ... so rude and mean. Like she is above the law. She has not helped in a noise complaint and dangerous neighbors. Brian the maintenance is such a chatterbox. He will tell you everything and anything. Nothing is confidential there. And richie hit on residents. It was the worst apartment experience I ever had. This please is mice infested and even when you inform the leasing office multiple times no traps etc are placed. I had a porch window I couldn't lock. I had put multiple times in a work request and it never got fixed. Just had to live with an unsafe living environment. The building I lived was the go to for all children. I don't mind children. BUT if the leave food all over the stairways and 10 kids are playing (jumping and running down the stairs) for hours past 8pm that's not ok. Other kids have to sleep at that time. The laundry area is very poorly taken care of. I as well mentioned that to the leasing office. Which again didn't care. The dog park has a broken door where dogs can escape. The volleyball court is not working. And the playground is from the 80s/90s. The chessgame they feature on their page is not there. Dog poop very where. My dishwasher had been installed wrong and started "burning- melting". It took them almost a month to replace the dishwasher. No ac other then the living room. So the apartments get super warm in summer. Courtyard by building E , F and G is trashed on a daily basis due to kids leaving food and other trash laying around. Me and my kids made the worst experience there... safe yourself a headache and move somewhere else. EDIT: I have plenty proof of that I wrote in this review

The management and staff decent enough. The place is kind of small especially the living room. The kitchen could be bigger and the laundry room is cramped.. I feel like their was a bait and switch type thing tough. Previous management said they were good to have a community garden which is one of the reasons I moved here however the manager left shortly after I moved in. I discussed with the new manager and now they won't be doing this at all. So probably going to go elsewhere since we kinda need more room anyways. Disappointed about the garden part but oh well. Managers will say anything to get you sign a lease.
