Just wanted to say Issac was fantastic yesterday when he fixed my shower handle. I was stressing that the whole mechanics was going to hsvr yo be replaced. He was in and out in 5 mins. Fixed....Wow...just wow! Very friendly and professional...I also want to say this office staff, Candace, Jerry and Michela are also very friendly and professional with all my needs and mail issues I have had. Best place to rent.

My husband and I had a tour yesterday with Candace, the Community Manager, and from the moment we arrived we were greeted so warmly by the front office team. Candace walked us through the main lodge, a 1 bed/1 bath, and a 2 bed/2 bath and she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful every step of the way. You can truly tell that she, and the whole team, care deeply about the property and the residents. We left feeling excited and at peace, and we’re really looking forward to our move.

Harmony at Willow Springs is phenomenal! First off, the staff are amazing. Candice and Jerry go over and above to help out and problem solve. They are incredibly kind and caring. My mother-in-law has an apartment and we feel so good knowing that the staff look after her. Just recently they redid the parking lot, repainted all the units and that was only the half of it. The grounds are so well kept and the maintenance staff is always available for any in-unit issues. Love this place and if we ever sell our home, this will be the first place we’ll look to rent.

I rarely leave reviews, but living here 4 years I wanted to share my honest feedback. First, the staff are incredible. Jerry was always great working with, and even went above and beyond when I lost my key. Very understanding and genuinely cared. Thanks Jerry! The maintenance crew also 5 stars. They responded immediately if there was ever an issue which I appreciated. So I can't say enough positive about the people working here. It is apartment living, so couple things to be aware of. You have to compete for parking on one end, but it's wide open on the opposite. They allow dogs, even the ones that won't stop barking, so be sure to ask where those are before you sign a lease. Appliances definitely on the cheaper end. I went through a washing machine and a few dish washers. They replaced them no prob, but just inconvenience factor. Other than that it was a great place to live.
