Had a great experience touring at settlers creek. Grace was very friendly and informative. Answered all my questions, is very patient and knowledgeable. Best leasing consultant in Fort Collins!

Moving into Settler’s Creek was as smooth as I could’ve hoped for. Grace had great communication with me, and helped out a ton. Great part of town. Really nice apartments, that are still affordable. My experience has been great thus far.
