This is the best experience I've ever had trying to rent. Kira is phenomenal. Every other place I've tried to apply to has just made me feel less than human. But Kira was so kind, so welcoming, and the entire process has just been so smooth and easy. That in itself makes all the difference in the world. Update after move in: when I first moved into my unit it hadn't been cleaned in between tenants, but I have been very impressed with how they have handled the situation and they're making it right. I moved in over the weekend and expressed my concerns on the move-in inspection sheet. I got a call from maintenance first thing Monday morning and within 24 hours they had a professional cleaning crew come in and maintenance is taking care of all of my concerns. Very happy with my experience so far.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost four years, mostly because we hate moving that much and we like the lake behind the complex. Every year our apartment roof has leaked in multiple spots and it's been a struggle every time to get it fixed, it it even gets fixed. During one leak, we had a hole in apartment for four months before they finally came and "fixed it" and is now molding over. There's been a lot of turnover in the last few years and we seem to get forgotten every time. We currently have a hole in our roof by our front door that has been there since September? The old maintenance manager has just always said "it's been bid out, etc". But now he's gone. A maintenance worker from their sister community finally came over today and promised it will get fixed. So hopefully that happens. Disappointing that we pay almost $2k in rent for an apartment that leaks and needs massive work on the roof that they refuse to fix, but instead of fixing it they just simply patch places that leak. Rain and snow also collect under the covering on our stairs, water leaks onto our front door, stairs get slick with ice, etc. We've also been having a wasp problem with nest in the siding of the building which as lead to them getting inside our apartment and our neighbor's via the vents. Have been trying to get this fixed for months at this point as well. Savannah in the main office insists that this has already been taken care of, but it has not. UPDATE: It's been two months and nothing has progressed. I still have a hole in my ceiling. Apparently the whole maintenance team has been "revamped" again.
