I think a good way to start is to mention these buildings are over 50 years old, but they give you a very good deal in terms of price. I have lived in Prospect Plaza for almost three years and only routine maintenance has been required in my apartment. When I make any type of maintenance request, Ryan and his team always resolve my issue very fast and make the process easy. They are very nice people. The rent includes utilities, wifi, free parking and is literally across the street from the school. Olga and Scott manage the leasing office. They are nice, understanding people that have made my time here quite easy. Sure, the apartments are old and the opposite of fancy, but it provides everything you need to be successful at CSU. I understand everyone has different experiences here. Everything isn't perfect, but they do try to make the space as best as possible and that's commendable. You can move down the block and pay double the price for the same square footage, but will have a more updated apartment with some amenities.
