Chelsea Keetering helped my friend and i out with a tour. She was super sweet and communicative. Very friendly energy from the staff overall :) the unit we visited was super cute, very open. The kitchen was full of storage and I love the real granite counters.

The apartment community and amenities were very nice, however, communication from the office staff definitely needs improvement. There were multiple incidences where rent was posted incorrectly and explanations for charges not given unless requested multiple times. Almost a year after I moved in I started getting larger bills because they processed my move in costs incorrectly and just tacked it on without explanation. I had to ask to see my ledger and for proof of what was happening. My move out process was extremely inconvenient as there was another mistake with posting rent. My rent related questions went ignored and they placed an eviction/demand of rent notice on my door while I was waiting to hear back. My apartment flooded at one point from a hot water heater in the unit above mine exploding and plans for repair were not communicated. Office staff told me they needed to assess the damage and dry it out with some fans, but I came home to all of my furniture moved and an unlivable apartment without my knowledge. I was basically homeless for over two weeks and did not get prorated correctly for the amount of time I was not able to access my apartment. I had to request updates on when my apartment would be finished and had to ask for all of my furniture to be put back. I'm unsure of who moved my things back to their original places, but my bike and mattress were ripped/broken in the process. In my opinion these huge inconveniences from this size of a property are unacceptable and not worth the headache.

The leasing office genuinely cares about providing a good living experience for their tenants. I've lived in enough rentals to know that this is something to appreciate. I worked with Chelsea. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find a suitable unit and lease length. She even went above and beyond to make sure an important package was safe in my unit before I had physically moved in. I was still living 2 hours away, so it would have been a major hassle to drive up just for that!

Jordan Chelsea and Lauren are awesome they’re always happy to see me and my dog chevy , i got a 2 month old Labrador back in April and they always say hi to her and make her day she loves the clubhouse and the people. Also Felix the maintenance guy is always in a golf cart riding around and is always happy to give her treats on the way by

Enjoyed living at the Trails. Felix with maintenance was always helpful and deserves a raise for his hard-work keeping the property in pristine condition. It is a quiet and safe place to live and has great access to the bike trail system in town. The gym equipment could use an update but I can’t blame the staff for that. Rarely interacted with the office but when I did it was always pleasant. Would absolutely recommend this place to live.
