Amazing experience with staff, But the towing situation is really unprofessional and out of hand. 320 dollers if you get towed. And when you register theres no way to tell on the website that you HAVE to go in a visitors spot. And if you go in a visitors spot theirs no way to know about the website no QR code no link ECT. Not to mention the towing company who they have a contract with damaged my car in the process of towing it.

This place is perfect more so with families with a lot of kids versus singles or couples so be prepared for a lot of activity and noise since the walls are thin. Unfortunately there is a roach infestation issue and I implore you to document EVERYTHING. Do not trust ANYONE in the office. Take videos and pictures of your apartment become you move in and keep a copy of the inventory and condition form which you must fill out and turn into the office as soon as possible. Take videos of you paying your rent each month and record yourself dropping off your keys and whatever else when you finally move out. The staff in the office tried to pin a carpet stain on me (they also stated they lost my inventory form) and they said I didn’t return my keys. Thank GOD I had pictures and videos to debunk their false allegations and I didn’t let up until they ran me my money because I returned my unit in better condition than when they first leased it to me. It took me 5 MONTHS to receive the remainder of my deposit and I wasn’t going to let up because those broads in the office are weird and play games. Luckily for them I won’t drop any names but I’m 100% sure they don’t care and neither does the management company as a whole. They’ll get theres one day. On the outside this property is nice looking and living here wasn’t the absolute worse but ultimately the office staff ruined my experience due to negligence and extreme unprofessionalism. Do better and thanks for running me my cash. Mwah lol
