Touring the hangar 19 apartments was beyond amazing. I was mind blown by the amenities and the unit itself. Also while being there it was such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The agent Kevin showed us around. His customer service was EXCELLENT. He provided us with plenty of information and was able to answer any questions we had. 10/10 loved! Thank you Kevin, much appreciated!

I’ve been living here for a minute now and honestly, it’s been such a good experience. The apartments are super clean, quiet, and really feel like home. But what I REALLY wanna brag on is the maintenance team they do not play about getting things done especially Victor. Every time I’ve put in a request, they pull up fast, fix everything right, and they’re actually friendly. Like… respectful, communicative, and they don’t leave you guessing.
Overall, it’s been smooth living here. Safe, cute, and taken care of. Definitely recommend if you want a place where the staff actually cares.

I’ve lived at the apartment complex for over 2 years & the first year I had a good experience. I had no issues with leasing, the community, or management. Until recently, the last 7-8 months have been horrible. My car was broken into & almost stolen from the property twice. I was told from other resident who have nice cars, to get a kill switch installed because other sports cars have been broken into & stolen off the property. The first time it happened, I received no response from the leasing team. No one would answer my questions for 2-3 days, I left voice messages & sent messages in the portal as well. No response until I bugged them in person if I could catch anyone on the office at the time. The male individual who works at the front was very rude and unprofessional when this happen. Thankfully the courtesy officer stopped the two individuals from stealing my car but took until 2 pm on Sunday for someone to answer the officer about whose car it was because no one works on Sundays.
The second time it happened, it was right infront of my balcony at 2 am on a Monday. There are no cameras on the property so the local PD can’t do anything regarding the break ins. There was a 20 person wait list for a garage but after voicing my frustration about my car being broken into twice, all of a sudden a garage is available.
Just be aware that if you have a car that is targeted and known to get stolen, make sure you have a garage or place a camera on your balcony facing your vehicle so you can try to avoid this happening to you.
EDIT:
Future resident please be aware of the fake 5 star reviews. I have a fiancé in this industry & it’s common practice that the staff will create fake accounts and so forth to get their review back up because negative reviews are very impactful.

The front office people are very nice. The maintenance associates are awesome. Robert and Lamarcus are very professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad this guys are here because they know what they are doing.

Do not live here.
The community looks nice because it was built fairly recently, maybe 2020/2021. However, there are many problems with the general infrastructure. You'll see several instances of water damage in various buildings (exterior hallways). I live on the first floor, and in February/March 2024, a water leak in the third floor permeated down through the second floor and into my unit, too. On my patio, I can see that there were leaks in the ceiling from the balcony above me prior to my residency here.
The soil was not compacted enough when the building foundations were first laid, so several yards are noticeably uneven. Many unit-specific fence gates do not close properly because they're out of alignment. In my yard, a gaping hole appeared after a rain storm. At one point, the frame above one of my closet doors was buckling; the frame had to be reinforced so that the closet door could open/close properly.
The apartments were built with odd construction/design features, probably to cut down on costs. Previously, a family with young children lived above me. The children seemed to stay up all night long, so I could hear their pounding feet throughout the night, usually between 9 pm until 4 am, non-stop. The water pipes were designed in such a way that when the units above me flush toilets or drain their baths/showers, I can hear the pipe valves opening and closing; they make a very loud, hollow sound.
The community charges for trash collection. Other people have reported this in their reviews already, but it's worth repeating -- there are oil and trash stains from garbage bags being dragged across the floor in hallways. This is very severe on third and second floors. During long holiday weekends (sometimes as long as five days in a row), garbage is not collected. So, piles of trash accumulate by the trash compactor.
People leave both glass and plastic bottles all over the community grounds. Residents are not supposed to smoke, and yet there are cigarettes strewn all over the grounds. The people who live here don't pick up after their dogs. Some people pick up after their dogs ... but leave bags of dog feces throughout the property. There is so much feces that some people have started posting signs on their lawns asking others not to let their dogs defecate or urinate in front of their units.
The pedestrian gates have been broken for some time, possibly more than a year. Initially, the groundskeeper simply taped the locks so that they wouldn't latch, but then they removed the latches entirely so that no exterior-facing gates are actually locked. This is a security problem, and there was once a trespasser who spent about two to three hours pacing outside my apartment. At least two of the gates leading to the pool area are also unlocked/broken. This is probably a code violation as children can easily open the gates, fall into the pool, and drown.
There are massive electricity boxes/junctions on the walls of corner apartments on the first floor in each building. The boxes carry so much power/current that they generate a buzzing that is loud enough to keep people awake at night. Some of these boxes also make very loud "THUNK" noises periodically. This may or may not be safe, but it's certainly startling when you're not used to it and a constant annoyance over time.
