living in building 9. I am a student in UTA and I have to admit that this is the best apartment near UTA. The only issue is that sometimes it is not that clean in the hallway, but that not a problem! You know all the stuff here, they are helpful, no matter you signing lease before or after! I will always recommend this place to my friends and classmates! Thanks Antony and Will…U 2 the best!

The Zenith staff are very professional and helpful. They make the moving process quick, easy, and simple. I’ve had much better experiences with them than other apartment complexes and I would definitely recommend checking Zenith out if you’re looking to move.
