I absolutely love this place! Just renewed for another 18mos after a full year. I'm so thoroughly impressed with all the new stuff they add, such as the heated pool, pickeball courts & red light saunas, just to name a few. Plus, there's talk of even more things coming! Management is friendly, knowledgeable & easy to get in touch with, as is maintenance, when needed. Location is prime with dining, shopping, parks & trails all within walking distance. I've never felt more at home in an apartment as I do with this community. ❤️

I really appreciated my time living here. The apartments are safe and well kept. The location is great, situated between downtown, Trinity Park, and West 7th. It is one of the few places in Fort Worth with walkability to a grocery store, park, restaurants, and businesses. Maintenance is on top of things when requests are made.
Most importantly, as someone who has lived in many different apartments in my life, the management is what truly defines the experience. Here, management is incredibly compassionate, understanding, and helpful. Anytime I had issues, they were available to help. Even as I've been moving out and had some issues in the process, the manager listened to me, described their limitations and held firm on what they can and cannot do, and ultimately found a solution that would benefit everyone involved.

We moved here earlier this year when our baby was a newborn. We wanted somewhere safe, walkable, and convenient. Parkside has been amazing! Maybe it’s because we lived in NYC beforehand but I have never felt unsafe here. There is certainly a homeless population in the area but there is also a fairly visible police presence. There are so many amazing food options within walking distance.
The management here are especially kind and helpful. Special shout-out to Al, he always goes above and beyond.

If you are a woman living alone: READ THIS.
This complex is UNSAFE.
1. I had SEVERAL instances of the police coming to a neighbor’s unit. One of which, I had to call. I’d say total, while I was at home, the police came a total of seven times?
2. This is probably my biggest complaint: management says they have a fob system, the buildings and elevator have a number code that gets changed. For the life of me I don’t know how everyone knows this code even when it gets changed but they do. Anyone and everyone can get in.
3. I had cameras in my unit and on multiple occasions, had maintenance enter my apartment without my consent and with no prior notice.
4. Management is impossible to get ahold of. I tried the website, calling, putting tickets in, nothing.
5. It’s so expensive, you can find newer, better, quieter, safe apartments for much cheaper and with better neighbors.
I stayed here for longer than I should have and have since gotten married. I’m glad I had a roof over my head but as a woman, I cannot recommend this complex to other women if they are living alone.

As I am coming up on completing and resigning for my 3rd year at Parkside it felt like the proper time to leave a review. And boy I don’t think I have enough space to express the things I love about this place. When I first moved here it was only going to be for a year or two, but my perspective has since shifted due to the “at home” feeling this place provides. I am in the building above the Chuy’s restaurant and it is more of a condo type feel, which gives a feeling of community and peace. First off, the location is by far the best in Fort Worth for any of your needs. With it bordering the beautiful Trinity Park, nearby grocery stores, restaurants, bars and only a few minutes from downtown, it truly is the most versatile spot you could be in. Secondly, the management here is incredible. Since being here I’ve been through a few different managers and let me just say, the management now cares so much about this community and all of its residents. Megan (Business Manager) has brought pride and attention to detail to this complex that was once lacking. She is always willing to listen to concerns and address them promptly and work on solutions. There’s no other place I’d rather live than at Parkside!
