I’ve had a great experience living at Rocklyn at Samuel Apartments, especially when it comes to maintenance. James has been outstanding. He’s responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Anytime I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and thoroughly, and he always follows up to make sure everything was done right. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make residents feel taken care of. Having someone like James on the maintenance team makes a huge difference in the overall living experience here. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication.

Came by with my mother as I am looking for a place when I move back to town. The location, the property and amenities are WOW! Megan was welcoming, professional, and very relatable - she's a breath of fresh air, in my experience w/Apartment Management. You can tell she truly wants the resident experience to be a great one! I will definitely be back to lease, once transition back to Texas!
