They cannot keep management.They do not fix things in a reasonable time!!! It's favoritetism over here... if you're not over the age of 60 or physically disabled, it doesn't matter. They will treat you like. You're not a resident... management Do not know how to speak to the residents.... if you want to feel like you're on probation, this is the place for you to be... if you want. Privacy, this is not the place to be!

I love living at ironwood I've lived here for 3 years And plan to stay the property is well kept and the manager makes sure everything runs well. I would recommend this property.

For being a utilities included apartment complex, they are pretty good with keeping up maintenance. I have lived here for going on 9 years and only been without air for a couple of weeks, without hot water a couple times, also the pool was closed 2 years. However if you can meet the monetary requirements they are incredibly reasonably priced and I am grateful for the ability to pay my rent on a limited income!

Property is well kept and maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. They do a great job at keeping this place looking spectacular.

they are under new managment have been living here a year they are currently renovating and the new staff are great katherine and cynthia in the front office always greet you with a smile or ruben or mainetnece man are great. i enjoy the new managers and look forward to living here for awhile longer and you cant beat everything included even basic cable. cheers
