First moving in the apartment complex seems beautiful and I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt the prices are affordable. Still somehow it’s not worth the price , with a broken ac unit , roaches the size of birds , screaming and fighting every night , and the rude office staff (besides the blonde girl with braces she’s a doll and a complete sweetheart she definitely helped me a lot). And for the price i would and am willing to just try work on these set backs but every maintenance order ignored every request for “weekly bug spraying” ignored every attempt at improving the stay here ignored. I’m just baffled at the laziness and inconsiderate a business would have, and living here has become a hassle.

I move in on Monday....I honestly want to say thank you so much to Cynthia who has been great assisting with my whole application process! She's so sweet and great with communication. Can't wait to move in! I'm so excited!

Evelyn did a great job showing us the apartment. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and made the entire process easy and comfortable. We really appreciated her time and help.

I recently moved into Augustine at Glendale , and I want to give a huge shout-out to Evelyn for making the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the very first tour, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and amenities. What stood out the most was how helpful she was in guiding me through the paperwork and ensuring everything was completed correctly. She kept me updated on timelines and even followed up to make sure my move-in day went perfectly. Thanks to her help, I felt so at ease with the whole move in process. I rate this apartment complex a 1star and if I could rate it no stars I definitely would have. I lived here for 1yr and had nothing but PROBLEMS with the apartment itself and the staff in the front office. They are rude and do not know how to communicate to tenant that are new to living on their own. I had a shooting happen right in front of my ( used to be ) apartment and did not feel safe any more. I had my car broken into and also another fight that lead to shooting. I told the management team if I can get access to the camera footage and they told me the cameras did not work but mind you they charge EVERY tenant that lives there a monthly fee for CTV which is for the cameras. Another thing they charge EVERY MONTH for pest control but they don’t coke out frequently to spray. You have to request it yourself which don’t make any sense if that’s the case than don’t charge us EVERY MONTH. The main lady in the office does not know how to communicate with her tentative she always has an attitude and quite frankly that’s rude. Me and my partner went to the office ourself and talked with them about our problems and we told them we don’t feel safe nor do we want to leave there anymore. They not once gave us any info on how to break our lease without having to still pay for the remaining of the lease. The only info they could give us was “ why didn’t you guys just leave ” in my eyes that’s not how you treat your tenants. They literally sat there for some extra months and waited until our lease was up to charge us an extra 2months in rent for not letting them know we dint want to resign our lease. Mind you we went up there NUMEROUS of times to express how we felt and we did not want to live there no more. POOR MANAGEMENT DO NOT MOVE IN!!!! The apartments are trashy outside and not properly cleaned nor fixed on the inside.
