Used enjoy living here until completely gave up on maintaining the jacuzzi, pool, and gym intact. With rent being pushed up twice, you expect to get the most, full experience of amenities you paying for ! However not here . Jacuzzi is always down, never works, after a long days of work I can’t even wish to get in. Unknown figures in the gym who somehow get in and leave it a mess, not to mention the tennis court lights are a fifty fifty chance at turning on. Definitely not worth the extra rent increase and not getting my bang for buck.

They have shut down the gym and jacuzzi since the pandemic started. However they claim expenses are going up, and thus have raised our rent twice this year. Every 6 months or so like clockwork rent goes up. Is inflation going up? Nope. Are expenses going up? Not really. If anything, expenses are going down because they have less stuff to take care of. Because they have shut the facilities down. The only thing changing is their greed seeing how they take advantage of their tenants. I can't say enough how bad a taste this has left in my mouth. It is extremely shameless and just have a bad vibe about management and their unjustified rent increases. Greed during a pandemic I would have never imagined it before this.
