This is such a really well run Property. Everything is immaculate and really well capped. The community manager Carol is also very much the best Cuban manager I’ve ever seen and is very much on top of Maintenance and your overall experience as a tenant.

I have lived in the Seta Apartments since May 2023, and I have lived in or around SDSU college area for about 10 years. This property and their staff is AMAZING! Every person that you come in contact with is pleasant and helpful. Maria and Elisa you work as Assistant Community Managers are fantastic, they are both knowledgeable about the property and options that you have while being on the property. Then Carol the Community Manager is AWESOME! She is very kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful when speaking and makes you very seen and comfortable. The maintenance staff is great and will come when needed and they are communicative about what needs to be done to maintain the residence effectively. If something happens during an emergency time they have a protocol that is helpful also to make sure that maintenance concerns are handled. This will be my third lease with this property and I have not regretted signing with this community. The pricing is fair and consistent which not something that is easily found in La Mesa/San Diego area. Also, the property is always clean and well maintained! Neighbors are pleasant and it is normally a quiet community. I would recommend Seta Apartments to anyone that wants to live in the La Mesa area, especially because the apartments are very central, and though it is right off the 8 freeway, you do NOT hear the traffic, the buildings are well built. Seta Apartments are a great community!

I lovvvee my new apartment! There's a lot to say but you have to see it in person. On my tour I immediately knew I needed to live here. The apartments themselves are beautiful inside, nice layouts, nice amenities and lights galore. And the fridge has an icemaker! The staff has been awesome even before I moved in, prompt with any concerns and maintenance is quick. The community is quiet and well kept, nice neighbors and a great location. The gym is just amazing, fully equipped and clean. The welcome package they gave me was so sweet and I also received gifts for my pups! No other apt has done that! I think anyone would be happy to live here! This has been the best experience I've had while living in apartments, so if you're looking for a luxury and affordable home, choose SETA!

Seta Apartments has been such a great place to live! Maria is absolutely amazing—always so kind, helpful, and quick to take care of anything I need. They really make you feel welcome and at home. The whole staff here is awesome too—everyone’s friendly and always willing to help out. You can tell they care about the community and the residents. So glad I chose Seta, definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with an even better team!

The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. The community feels safe and welcoming, The location is also unbeatable — close to shopping, dining, and transportation, yet still peaceful and quiet.
