Awesome Apartments clean, quiet, very well kept up in the complex. The management very caring, professional and make you feel welcome when touring the apartments I'm in the process of looking for an apartment and this is my number one

Property manager is a KAREN.. She should not be working with people with the poor customer services skills. Maintenance is cool. Good place to stay of you wanna be harassed for everything. Included taking pictures of guests than emails you about your guest who has not even said a word to her. Tells you that your guest can't be on the property without an explaining, no Criminal actives. No drama. Falsely accusing your guests for being homeless because laundry bags was seen in their vehicle. Rent is always different cause of the community get charge for utilities, landscape maintenance, pool, water and extra parking space( that nobody gets).

Ingrid is so helpful and always going above and beyond to make sure the tenants are comfortable.

We stayed 2 years and loved it! Ingrid is the best property manager with phenomenal service. She’s detailed, prompt, helpful and a very warm person overall. Apartment and amenities are well kept and Jovito with maintenance is also extremely helpful and efficient with any maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

I have lived in this complex for a year now and it's great. Very quiet and peaceful. The one bedroom apartments are very spacious and nice. The management does a great job of keeping the area clean and the landscape beautiful. The laundry room is big and very accomodating considering all of the units. Alexis, the office manager is wonderful. She is super nice and kind, always helpful and attentive to your requests.
