I’ve been living in these apartments since January and had no issues. It is a quiet place to live with many amenities like pool, gym, and onsite laundry. Our residential manager John is amazing! And our onsite manager Rosanne is the sweetest and is always involved with any and every one of our request. She is always happy and vibrant. She truly loves her job and is involved with the complex full force! Our maintenance man is also very hardworking. Overall this apartment complex is a clean and quiet environment to live in. I’ve had no issues with any of my neighbors or the complex.

I have been living here for over 2 years and i feel like this is a good place to live. I've never had any issues with management even when they changed to another company. Everyone here stays to themselves and mind there business which is a lovely addition. Anytime i've ever had an issue they was quick to figure it out and fix it up. Roseanne the new lady at the front desk is amazing and very kind. Most On Property Managers are rude and just have a sense of not wanting to be there but Roseanne is not that way and really engages with you and like to make you feel super comfortable. She is pretty dope i must say and fashion sense is on point.

Such a wonderful place to live. Rosanne is on point and actually shows that she cares about the residents here. It’s very quiet and peaceful as well so you can get your sleep according to your schedule! Been loving it here:)

No Handicap parking and only found one handicap parking up the street a way to walk. No Handicap accessibility. Manager is hardly on property. Any kind of maintenance seems to take forever to get fixed (2 weeks to fix hot water) according to resident. Have to pay extra for parking. Also landscaping is not done often or at all. I would recommend shopping around if you are looking for a place to live this would probably be my last choice. And all this information is just from visiting a friend and getting resident input.

I reached out to the leasing office to enquire about an available unit. I made a simple spelling error will replying to Bill Clines email (typing Bob instead of Bill). He responded with an extremely rude email using phrases like "Firstly my names Bill" to point out the error I had made in my response email. He also tried to belittle be for not reading the Captions in his original email, when I requested a tour starting on the day that he said a unit would be available to tour. Very disrespectful staff. Would not recommend living in a complex that treats people attempting to lease a unit from them like this.
