I’ve been living in the Chase Courtyard now for 6 months and it’s just as amazing as the first day! The location is prime as there is shopping center down the street and Autzen stadium only 10 minutes walking but you still get the security and peaceful/quietness as you would if you were out in the country! The gates to get into the parking lot and key fob to get into the building also gives you a peace of mind knowing your vehicle and home are safe! The pool is very nice to use and the convenience of the full gym being down stairs is 10/10! Would recommend the Courtyard to all of my friends or family because I have nothing negative to say about it!
