If we’re paying for parking, it should be assigned. People multiple buildings away are constantly taking our spots, but since they’re not actually “ours” we can’t take any action. One bedrooms are extremely overpriced, especially for the COMPLETE lack of closets and storage space— and accommodations for even the best of tenants who fall under hard times is extremely limited. Maintenance crew is amazing, and the grounds are always in great shape.

The property puts on a lot of fun events with free food and crafts which is nice, a lot of the times they are during school hours though so I don’t get to attend. My apartment is not fully furnished like they said it would be, I’m missing a desk chair and night stands and was also told I would have a toaster when I emailed to ask what appliances were provided in the kitchen but upon move in was told that toasters were not provided. When asked about the missing chair and nightstands I was told to “feel free to buy your own” which was very upsetting seeing as I pay an obscene amount for rent because it’s supposed to be fully furnished. The kitchen is very nice and the rooms aren’t bad but there are cracks in the window sill area that let ants in all of the time. The bathroom has been the most disappointing part. The floor was obviously previously sealed to the shower with some sort of caulk but it is long gone, leaving a crack between the shower and flooring for water and mold to live. The sealing of the metal fixture that holds the shower door is also very poorly done and is littered with visible dirt or mold spots that are underneath the sealant and therefore can’t be removed. It is basically impossible to clean the shower because it is a ergonomic disaster and the shower head is not detachable so the water is unable to reach majority of the shower floor and walls for cleaning purposes. The air conditioning is great and the community washers are as good as you can expect them to be with college students who don’t know how to use them misusing them all of the time. The staff is very friendly and the clubhouse is very nice. The coffee machine is a nice amenity as well, though they advertised a cold brew machine and there wasn’t one for most of the year. Overall the price is much too high for the quality of the apartment itself, if some maintenance was done to clean up the interior it might be worth the price but otherwise I am paying almost 400 dollars more than my friends is similar quality apartments.
