I have been living here for 18 years. I have truly enjoyed living here.There have been some new changes in management and have seen a huge difference. Thank you Araceli for the changes you have made to our community. Also thank you Della, celia and Brittany for your great customer service.and I can't forget maintenance they as are quick to respond to my service requests. Best community for price location and customer service!!!

I had an amazing experience while looking for an apartment at 4200 Paradise. The customer service was excellent. Della was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated how welcoming and professional she was. Definitely a place that cares about its customers!

My latest review of 4200 paradise Road. now it's been 8 months...and the stench is still unbearable, the hot tub is still broken, but thai's ok as the pool is now closed. and people still leave their trash outside their apartments as if this was the 3rd world. If you plan on checking this place out on the 3rd floor and see if the stench is still there. since it has taken a year to fix it, I am pretty sure it will remain. It's been 4 months since my last review. Since then the stench on the third floor sometimes is unbearable. It is the worst smell of piss like you would not believe. They tell me they're working on it. I've been living here over 2 years, and they've still been working on it. The hot tub, ahhh, the hot tub has been under construction for over 2 years. It's empty and it has an orange safety boundary around it. A complete eyesore. Why does it take over 2 years to fix a hot tub? Number three people are still just too lazy to take their trash out to the garbage bin when it's ready to go instead they leave it in front of their front door for everyone to see their trash. there are 2 sides to your door, the inside and the outside. put your trash on the inside! I've brought all three of these things up to management both local and remote and none of it has been addressed to anyone's satisfaction. When the wind blows in the wrong direction, the stench is unbelievable on the third floor. You can smell it 50 yards away. So the bottom line, if you love stench, you don't want to take a hot tub and you love to see people's trash this is the place for you. My update of 4200 paradise... it's been 20 months & the hot tub still goes unrepaired. ( lots of excuses ) People still leave their trash outside their doors so you get to see what people are too lazy to take to the trash. & MOST of all if you LOVE the smell of PISS as you navigate the hallway to your apartment, then you will LOVE this place! I have asked several several times what can be done about a strong smell of PISS up & down the hallway! It's disgusting and the fact it has taken almost 2 years to address this problem is unacceptable. I have talked to management & written to the managing company with no resolve. Other neighbors have express their sickening experience living next to this pig, and yet, it still exists... if management had to live next to this guy, it would have been taken care of over a year ago. my rating has been downgraded to a 1 star, as none of these issues have been addressed. with reluctance I have to downgrade my stars for this place 2 stars now. updated 11-3 the place is pretty nice & quiet & the maintenance staff are great. they fix things that or the next day, but some things just can't be over looked. the elevator closest to my apartment has been broken more than it works. a person in their 70's with an arthritic back, having to walk up & down 3 flights with groceries, laundry & such should not be greeted with, "the part is on order", or "you walk down to the other elevators", which back & forth equals a 1/4 mile. this has been ongoing for more than 3 months. also, the website features a hot tub has been closed for close to a year. other than, you may want to check it out. better that most...

I would like to commend the staff of 4200 Paradise Rd. Apartment. They are so helpful and supportive of my needs. The staff are able and willing to help in everyway they can. I would recommend this facility to other friends. The staff are Araceli, Cecile, Crystal,Britney and Dela. The maintenance men is Noel and Carlos. They are all an asset to your company.They all knowledgeable in task assigned.
