Elliot was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, professional, and incredibly thorough. He walked us through the entire property, explained every detail clearly, and made sure we felt fully informed and comfortable at every step. What stood out most was his ability to break things down in a way that felt honest, transparent, and pressure-free. He answered all of our questions with clarity and patience, escorted us through the facilities, and made the entire experience feel seamless and welcoming. This was by far one of the best apartment tour experiences I’ve ever had. Elliot sets a very high standard for what great leasing service should look like. Highly recommend working with him.

I feel bad writing this review, cuz the team has been trying their best and are very pleasant. However, the neighbors are not!! There are quite a number of inconsiderate neighbors that don’t clean up after their pets. There are fecal matters all around the property not just the dog park! The team cleans the park every few days that I appreciate but it is unfortunately not sufficient. My pets stepping on poop lying around is the last straw!! I didn’t care if there was no water for over 10days. The main elevator being out for weeks. Packages thrown all over the mailroom, parcel pending not working, glass shattered along the walk way of the building perimeter. These are all secondary to the inconsiderate neighbors here!!! Especially those with big dogs and don’t clean up!!!! Ps: management there are glass pieces by the handicap parking next to the office that have been there for several days.
