My husband and I scheduled a property tour and were greeted by Ursula. She gave us a tour of all of the amenities, community spaces and various floor plans to help us gauge what unit type would suit us best. She answered all of our questions and knows this building and community inside out. She was professional, kind and energetic throughout the tour. She made the application process feel seamless and was incredibly patient. She’s amazing! Auric Symphony Park is a beautiful property with several community spaces to hang out, work, socialize etc. the fitness center has all of the necessary equipment to hit all workouts whether you’re weight lifting, doing cardio, yoga, etc. The neighborhood is as walkable as it gets. The pool and outdoor bbq area is beautiful and feels like a mini oasis. There is security on site. Keyless entry/access for the residential units and community spaces, adding to the security. The units themselves are beautiful with high end finishes and spacious bathroom, walk in closet, and spacious balcony. We are looking forward to making this our future home!

The leasing consultants and concierge are always so nice. Ursula Tovar always very knowledgeable and helpful, and her floral arrangements really beautify the office and resident lounge.
