I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and I have no complaints. The area is nice, the community is quiet, the people in the community/neighbors are nice and respectful. Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful, nice and respectful. I’m very satisfied with my time here thus far!

We moved in 4 months ago and have nothing but great things to say about this place. We moved from a place that was a nightmare and so happy to finally had found our forever home. Sonia, Nancy, Citlaly and the maintenance team have been amazing to us. The amenities are amazing, and the apartments are so modern and beautiful! Thank you Calm!

Over the course of one year living in this apartment community, my fiancé and I experienced issues that no resident should ever have to deal with. To start, our apartment was dirty and clearly not ready when we moved in. After preparing for a smooth transition into a new home, walking into an unclean, unprepared unit set the tone for what would become a long list of disappointments. Only a few months into our lease, there was a shooting directly outside our apartment in the parking lot. This raised immediate concerns about safety, yet the management’s response in the months that followed did little to reassure us. We also dealt with an ongoing roach infestation that was never resolved. Despite repeatedly requesting help and having the exterminator visit four to five times, the issue persisted for our entire stay. Security became an even bigger concern when both of our cars were broken into and items were stolen. Someone also attempted to steal my motorcycle. When we asked management about the security they previously claimed they would be hiring, we were told that “not enough crime was happening” to justify it—an unprofessional and dismissive response considering what we experienced firsthand. Aside from Nick, who was consistently kind and helpful, the hospitality from the rest of the staff was disappointing. Communication felt indifferent, and serious concerns were minimized or brushed off entirely. Overall, this was not a safe, clean, or professionally managed environment. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage future residents to thoroughly consider their options before choosing to live here.

This complex has so much amenities, a cute set up, quiet area. But all that is taken away if you take a stroll around the complex to find animal feces EVERYWHERE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! it appears they are clearly animal friendly but are not enforcing the cleanup of their tenants. I would attach photos but everyone knows what dog feces fresh and old looks like. They pkay fun music all day. The pool which also has most of the amenities is closed by the Southern Nevada Health District for 3 different reasons. So youre unable to use these until further notice. To add onto that our washer was broken for months the solution a key to an empty apartment to do our laundry. What are we paying for a roof over our heads? Lower the rent or compensate. Frustrated tenant.
