This apartment complex is wonderful!! A cute complex that is great for families. Des, in the office, is awesome to deal with. She is always professional, has a smile on her face and explains any questions we have completely. Thank you Prosper 89 Apartments and Des!!

I usually don't leave reviews but I wanted to get on here and say how Prosper has been great to us! We've been here for over a year and have no complaints. I love the events they put on for us. Soni in the office is so sweet and communicates very well.
Detinitely recommend living here!

Two words, Great community! Property manager Soni hosts get togethers which allows all property such as myself to get to know know each other. Property maintenance Tyler is always willing to help fix anything needed and very attentive. Dog parks are always nice and cleaned more often than most are. Over all a nice peaceful place to live!

We enjoy the hospitality of the staff and Soni always make sure you’re taking care of and ready to offer help and assistance. We also enjoy the events that are put together for the tenants to be able to meet our neighbors and get to know the community!

I recently moved into this apartment community and it's easily one of my favorites! It's smaller, brand new, and truly feels like home. A big thank you to the management team, Soni and Tiffany, for ensuring a smooth move-in experience, organizing fun events, and always responding promptly whenever I need help. I feel very welcome here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is a huge plus. The homes are well-constructed, and the community grounds are kept very clean. It's also pet-friendly, with great areas for walking pets and meeting friendly neighbors. Highly recommend!
