The maintenance guys Carlos always has been a pleasure to have around. He is quick with the services and acts fast. It's nice knowing they care to make time and see your needs or troubles.

If I could give this a negative 0 stars I would! I moved in Sedona ridge apartments in august and I provided by NV energy account number and realized after some time of not receiving a bill. I called NV energy; I was advised that a force moved out was issued by Sedona Ridge. The assistance manager mentioned that would not be possible. But they would be billing me the back balance since it was paid by the apartments and review the case as I was also charged an additional fee.
Nevada Energy and Sedona Ridge was trying to both back bill me for the charges because neither party wanted to be held responsible and each was pointing fingers to the other company. In October, I along with the property manager and assistant manager spoke with the NV energy Manager to look into “ who was at fault” The NV energy Manager stated the force move out was issued by Sedona Ridge . They also attempted to provide more details, but the management team at Sedona Ridge was unable to supply the necessary Tax ID number for verification and disclosure.
Following that conversation, the assistant manager mentioned that this issue would be escalated to their utility billing company for further investigation as they is the only one who can check the back-end details and call NV energy with the TAX ID number. The assistant manager stated she would update me with any findings and to ensure I was not going to be held liable for the extra fees outside of my energy usage at that time. That follow up never happened.
In late November I came into the office inquiring about the determination of the investigation to inquire about the status, and the assistant manager informed me that she needed to consult with her manager before providing feedback. However, I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution since October.
When we last spoke, I requested clarification on the next steps to escalate this matter further if there was no progress made, and the assistant manager provided me with corporate contact information. I have since paid an additional “late vacant service fees” charge on my account due to this error, and I sent a follow up to them on 12/17/24 for a final status update on when this will be reimbursed to my account. I still have not been contacted.
I previously left a voice message for cooperate and they did not return my call as well. The staff is highly unprofessional ! Even when I was on the phone with the NV energy manager the apartment manger was talking loudly to the NV energy people and not listening to what she was saying and handing me the phone back as the NV energy manager was speaking. The assistant manager even answered a personal cell
call while sitting there talking to me saying " let me call you back im working" to who ever it was. It is disheartening that appears to be no standard of follow up, professionalism and ultimately care for their residents.

I have been living here for a few years now and I can say that Sedona Ridge is definitely not a place to make a home out of. The office is no help whatsoever and whenever you bring up any type of issue they will either forget about it or hope that you do. I have had my vehicle towed from here because they didn’t place it on their vehicle list and told me it was my fault for not taking care of it sooner, they’ve overlooked my maintenance requests and told me that I was liable for all “damages” done to my unit because it was not fixed by them, they’ve rebranded and changed management so many times that any requests for anything regarding your unit is ignored and you’re left dealing with it, Sedona Ridge only has 1 maintenance staff member here in total so any maintenance requests will most likely never get resolved, I’ve moved from a 1br to a 2br because my rent was partially the same pricing when renewing my lease just to find out after the fact that they’re pricing the same units at a lower price than what my lease renewal was, they charge you for a “nightly” trash service that you cannot opt out of even though they hardly even take the trash to begin with, the office workers will send you letters about pest control and say there’s a fee if you miss them but won’t notify you if they’re canceling or rescheduling, they never know what’s going on but it’s your responsibility to figure it out for yourself and so much more. There’s a lot of better places to rent from than here and the only reason why I stayed was because of the promise of being affordable, well taken cared of, and a safe community but with the passing years all of that has been nothing but a pipe dream. If you have any issues while living here, be ready to either be blamed for them or have an excuse waiting because this property will never take responsibility for all that they lack. If you’re looking to sign a lease here, my suggestion to you is “don’t”.
