Edgar the head of maintenance, and Nayelli the compkex mgr are truly two amazing people and go out of there way to help the tenants. Edgar is quick to respond to maintenance requests.

Jan 2026: I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Quail Ridge Apartments since October, 2025. The complex residents are quite diverse, and are good, quiet, responsible, and courteous people in my experience. Many are elderly like me, and are retired from professional careers. I have enjoyed meeting my fine neighbors, some whom I now consider my friends. We look out for each other. I believe that most residents here appreciate the same things I do, including: truly great, friendly and responsive management committed to keeping the property beautiful, clean, quiet, well-maintained, and safe; Absolutely beautiful, colorful, interesting, well-maintained landscaping everywhere throughout the complex (it feels like a beautiful oasis); a gorgeous pool of good size that is superbly kept up and maintained. It is securely fenced and gated, accessible to residents with issued keys, and surrounded by a very-well-maintained and very pretty and spacious deck with quality seating and cool, shady spots under trees to enjoy; Very nice common community room with WiFi, fun games available, nice flat-screen television that can be viewed from comfortable seating on nice couch and nice chairs; Adjoining laundry room with good-quality coin-operated washers and dryers; Offices right there; Mailboxes are convenient and very close by. In management, Derrick is our main contact for day to day things. He and his boss are both amazing. They are very approachable, very friendly, very responsive, very professional, very competent and easy to work with. They are truly committed to making Quail Ridge Apartments a fantastic place to live and call home. I love living here, and I enjoy my neighbors, and Derrick and the rest of the super management team. The location is incredibly good. It is convenient to UNLV, The Strip, and Harry Reid International; and has super access to bus lines, highways, main thoroughfares, and every destination point you could want to visit or explore. I get around by the RTC bus system splendidly. It is very convenient and affordable when compared to the costs and hassles associated with car, SUV, and truck ownership, maintenance, etc. The money I save helps make occasional Uber and car rentals possible, as well as overnight lodging, and other leisure expenses and emergencies. In summation, Quail Ridge Apartments is a great place to make your home. To me, it is one of the most enjoyable places that I have ever called home. If you want such a quiet, beautiful place to live with great location, great management, great amenities, and great neighbors, I highly recommend that you look into Quail Ridge Apartments for yourself.

I've lived here from November of 2016 to November of 2018 at Apartment 104 and from January of 2019 to February of 2021 in Apartment 15. Since management changed about 9 years ago. Things have changed for the worse and the neighborhood has become worse as far as crime rate goes.Below is a list of pros and cons from my own personal experience living there. Cons: 1. The laundry room hours are the same as office hours 9 - 5pm. Sometimes they open at 8am. It use to be 24 hours but they said they have to change it because of theft. At least close at 10 pm and have security there at night like they use to. 2. The walls inside the apartments are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbor is saying and doing. 3. There are always plumbing issues. The water is randomly shut off without any heads up notice. 4 These are quad studios so you have to share a kitchen with people you don't know. It gets old really fast because you shouldn't have to clean up after adults. 5. Management and Maintenance take no responsibility for the cleanliness of the Common Area such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting. 6. There are a lot of residents there with mental health issues. I've dealt with quite a few of them. 7. They took away the trash cans from the outside mail section. 8. The ladies working on the Property Management team Sunshine Belio and Miranda Malone aren't very nice and have a "I just work here" type of attitude. They're doing everything Corporate is telling them to do. 9. Miranda is not a people person. She speaks with an unfriendly tone and rudeness. She talks down to people. I'm not the only resident who says this. I've heard this from most of the residents. 10. There are a lot of homeless people in the area who go into the dumpsters. Pros: 1. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from if you want to eat out. 2. Close distance to the Airport. The bottom line is this place is not as convenient as it used to be 8-10 years ago. They're increasing the rent rate but lowering the quality of the amenities which makes no sense. This is why I and a lot of other people left. I just got tired of all of that. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

DO NOT live here! They're administration doesn't allow their tenants to have guests or service dogs as guests as well. If found among inspection the tenant will receive infractions and threats, and ultimately forced to vacate. Better properties within a 3 mile radius that knows how to treat people, and besides this place doesn't have private kitchens. So you'll pay the same price but with no kitchen.

Best Apartments in Las Vegas Nevada. The management is outstanding and employees are very conscience and ordinary yet understandably comfortable. Management has an extraordinary service department that provides a variety of maintenance services. Again management is outstanding. I love this complex. Can't wait until October 11, when I will officially take residence there.
