If I could give no stars I would. I started an application with this complex, at the same time I was starting a new job. I relayed this information to Lily before I even did the application. She just advised me that I would have to pay a higher security deposit. I was ohkay with that. She told me I would have to pay $55 for the application fee and this would cover the identity verification, background check and etc. When I did the application, I was also charged $200 plus an extra $8 for processing fee. The application stated that the $200 was held for a partial security deposit and would go towards my security deposit once I was approved for the apartment. One week turned into three weeks, me and my daughter moving from hotel to hotel waiting on this complex. Approaching the third week, I was denied due to employment verification. I called to ask for my $200 to be refunded since I didn’t get the apartment. They gave me the runaround, after speaking with Lily. Then all of a sudden she was always out of office. On 10/27/2025, I received a move out notice, even though I was denied the apartment and never moved in stating that the $200 was now non-refundable. I called to speak with Lily and again she was out of office, yet the male that answered the phone was aware of whom I was and begin to attempt to cover the lies. I am glad the conversation was recorded. Now I am in the process of getting everything together for my lawyers to sue this property. So if you’re looking to rent from them, don’t. They’re con artists and crooks. And gather your lawyers and make sure to call and document your calls as their lines are recorded.

I recently moved into Regency Apartments and have been extremely disappointed with my experience so far. From the beginning, there were hidden issues that were never disclosed. Communication with the management is poor, making it difficult to address any concerns. Upon moving in, the apartment was dirty and not well-maintained, which is unacceptable for what I expected. To make matters worse, the pool and gym have been out of service, limiting the amenities I was looking forward to. The laundry room is another nightmare—it’s filthy and often has a terrible smell, with many washers and dryers out of order. On a few occasions, I've even encountered some unclean situations, including feces in a washer and trash scattered around. Additionally, there’s only one entrance, and it doesn't always function properly, which is frustrating. The area itself is also concerning, making me feel uneasy about my living situation. I would not recommend Regency Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to live.
