Floor planAlthough we had a bit of a rocky start, Maria and Sabrina smoothed everything over! The grounds are beautifully kept, maintenance is prompt, and for the most part, it's pretty quiet. The apartment is GORGEOUS, and everything is up to code! Maria, girl..you're a ROCKSTAR!! Totally recommend
I’ve complained before about the unsupervised kids/teenagers that hangout. They are loud, stand by your bedroom windows, door/breezeway and yell & scream. There’s always trash on the ground from said teenagers outside. Neighbors are loud, you can hear them arguing all times of the night and the neighbor upstairs lets her 4 children run, jump, stomp and fall all over the floor, which makes it sound like they are coming through your ceiling. I work nights and literally don’t get any proper rest or sleep. The apartment itself is nice but I’m ready to move and have only been there a couple months. Although I have complaints about the property itself, the office staff Sabrina & Maria are nice.
