Tayler was absolutely delightful and very helpful. I came to tour the apartments and she was very enthusiastic during the whole thing. Unfortunately I need a two bedroom downstairs and they don’t have it right now she did take my information and said she would give me a call. Hopefully they get something soon, Tayler’s personality sold me!
If I could rate this place NO STARS, I would! My mom have lived here for almost 2 years, she’s in her 70s so I come over & take care of her, since she’s been here she’s been having a/c issues like constantly. My mother and I have complained about it and it just never seems to work promptly. This apartment isn’t children friendly either, I was in the office trying to get my mom on a treadmill & I over heard one of the tenants tell management to tell them to not play by his apartment and to instruct them to play in the parking lot that doesn’t have lighting all the time. Also dealing with the homeless people, there constantly going through the dumpsters and there’s trash all over the place. My mother haven’t been happy in months and I understand why now. As for the employees the two lady’s in the front are very distasteful there not much of help when it comes to getting things done, moving in there really sweet but once I’ve started complaining my feelings were terrible hurt, the only one that’s a doll is the African American maintenance guy he’s sweet and honest and seems over worked yet under qualified for the task that he’s being placed on. A year ago things wasnt that bad, at least I thought! Everything is jimmy rigged in her place mold in her shower( I can’t bath my mom in her own shower) we’ve asked for things to be replaced and fixed 3 months ago and nothing has been fixed, I’m pleased to end this with a I’m moving my sick mother out of this hell whole I will not let her die and rot because these employees are not doing there jobs properly.
