Had my appointment here today and plan on moving in by March. I can’t wait to have a washer and dryer in my own apartment. The pool is gonna be great this summer and I can definitely use the gym and cancel my gym membership. Thank you, Amy and Alma for Showing me around today.

The surrounding area is not the best the outside of the apartments are nice. until you walk out of the complex to see all the homeless people sitting outside of your gate. You need to fix maintenance hire more people or something cuz maintenance is horrible .The apartments are too close together I should never hear my neighbors so clearly they're too loud from talking to music the price of the apartment is somewhat okay😒I think it should stay at $1100 but when you add the water sewage and trash is a little bit much for such a small unit. there's no real dog park for my fur babies that's the main thing that I have a issue with. They have no areas to relax in other than the pool area then they have 101 rules for your back porch so you can't really relax like you want to without someone complaining about something. Let's not talk about the plumbing problem around here with the pipes keep bursting. And for some odd reason in this area from the 22nd to the 28th somewhere in between there your power goes out and all of a sudden you get this high light bill it happens every month Faithfully.but other then that I'm 👌👍

Amairany was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and communication was always clear. Highly recommend.

It all started out well. Kristen was in the office when I moved in. Over a year ago. But lately even the slightest work order takes up days before they have the availability to fix the problem. Such as unclogging a bath tub. Either because they're too busy or other priorities or water shut down. The washer I been having issues and they cannot seem to replace it. Theres a log to that on the resident portal. Maintenance has come in to my apt without my concent when my 12 year old daughter is home by herself, and I'm in the bathroom..one knock and they put the key in .. at this time I had no maintenance request. They guy claim he was at the wrong apt. Since then I have asked them to reach out to me before they come in. when I can't be at home due to work. It's ""oh we've been trying to reach you."'. But when I'm home as I said other things have priorities..

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME! The Place is INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! Upon move in nothing worked, the front door was broken, the heater and AC were not connected, the bedroom door and front doors seemed to be broken by the previous tenants and put together by maintenance with nails instead of replacing. The leasing agents lie and only care about commissions and not actually doing their jobs and taking care of the property. Homeless people and the wind will scatter trash everywhere but the property managers will blame you for it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. There are wayyyy nicer place at a better price point, I’m warning you all do not do it the positive reviews are most likely fake or for promotion.
