We are very happy living at Summit Nellis Apartments. We feel at home; it's a cozy place, and the management always resolves our problems quickly. We will continue living there; we have already renewed for another 18 months. We are delighted with you.❤️😎

The newer front office management is much better than the last few crews they have had since I've been here, almost 3 years now. One of them even grabbed a package for me at more front door so it wouldn't get stolen. Highly appreciated

I do not recommend living at Summit on Nellis Apartments. My experience here was extremely disappointing and ultimately forced my family to move out early due to safety concerns and repeated misinformation from management. The environment felt unsafe from the start. Homeless individuals were frequently lingering around the property day and night, sleeping outside our door, which made us uncomfortable. We had furniture stolen directly off our porch, and multiple packages were taken from our front door. There were also ongoing pest issues, including roaches and even scorpions inside the apartment. The only staff member who consistently helped resolve problems was Stephanie. After she left, the quality of management and communication significantly declined, and issues were ignored rather than addressed. Car break-ins became common, including windows being smashed, and the complex did nothing meaningful to improve security. My own car was involved in a hit-and-run in the parking lot, but nothing could be done because there were no working cameras or adequate security measures in place. We were told that because we had to complete an emergency move-out due to safety concerns, we would not be charged additional fees. Unfortunately, that turned out to be untrue. Since moving out, I have called multiple times to resolve the situation, but no one answers the phone or follows up. Overall, I am very disappointed with how residents’ safety concerns and promises from management were handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a safe or well-managed place to live.

I’ve had a great experience with the property manager Claudia and maintenance team. Communication is always clear, timely, and professional. Any concerns or requests are handled quickly, and the maintenance team is efficient, respectful, and thorough. It’s reassuring to know issues are taken seriously and resolved without delay. Overall, they do an excellent job keeping the property well maintained and creating a positive living experience.

Definitely recommend great customer service, office staff were awesome the property manager claudia was so sweet and patient with me! they're responsive, professional, and always quick to fix any issues. It really makes a difference living somewhere that's well cared for. highly highly recommend!
