There were some communication issues with the staff handling my application but the property manager Aime was able to resolve everything and was very accommodating with my move in date. She was wonderful. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I just moved in to the apartment about a week ago and the apartment I applied for didn’t meet my expectations. However, the property manager, Amy, was super helpful and accommodating to make sure everything worked out in the end. I really appreciated her service as you don’t see it much nowadays.

Solstice Apartments provides a quiet, clean, affordable, and safe place to live. I moved in January 2025. Maintenance are always prompt and helpful. The landscaping is lush and fragrant. It’s a small block full of park and recreation areas. One of their parks has a garden. Neighbors smile and say hello. The management provide amenities like pizza parties and breakfast. Due to the beautiful, old trees, yes there can be scorpions. But their pest control is fast and effective. I see security patrolling regularly. The outer neighborhood is full of families and children. I have been happier and safer here than any luxury condo in town, at half the rent price.

We love it here so far… we were hesitant based on previous reviews, though upon touring and talking with the agent we knew it was the right fit for us as a young couple. Cary was so helpful, efficient and reassuring that if we have any problems/maintenance the on site team will be right on it. We came to tour at the end of the day on a Wednesday and had our approval and key Thursday by 3pm ! Lots of trees and great shade for parking. In unit laundry. Bar seating. The remodeled units look beautiful. *6 month Update * We are still in love with our remodeled unit, maintenance has helped us a few times and are always very quick and efficient. Maintenance also goes above and beyond, incident where we needed to jump our truck at 10pm maintenance luckily was there and offered us a jumpstart battery! The new property manager Tryson is a great help with any questions. The 1 downside is we feel there is limited storage, no linen closet or pantry.

READ the reviews thoroughly, THIS is a terrible place to live. Homeless people every night walking around and even coming into the complex. Some of them are literally crazy and get naked. They break into empty apartments and teens hop the fence and try to open car doors. Theres security at night but they just sit in their car and do nothing. Neighbors getting into domestic disputes and cops called. Water heaters and anglestops burst and flood the apartment. Lots of scorpions and they do nothing about it.. Trash bins always overflowing due to outsiders dumping. For the price they're charging, Id say go live down the road. Way overpriced for the size! At least, with the same crime, its much cheaper rent.. Management reached out to me begging me to change my review because they're losing business but know this property is dangerous and disgusting.
