In light of my urgent need for a temporary residence, I have decided to move into the displays. However, I must express my regret for this decision, as the property has proven to be a significant disappointment. Upon arrival, I discovered that the premises were infested with roaches and water bugs. Additionally, the constant noise from neighbors engaged in arguments and fighting, coupled with the frequent water shut-offs, created an unpleasant living environment. The presence of a group of homeless individuals residing around the property further exacerbated the situation. I strongly advise against considering this property as a potential home, even in dire circumstances. I am fortunate to have moved out and am now residing in a much more suitable and comfortable place. It is crucial to be cautious and not be deceived by the property’s appearance during the day. While it may seem appealing, the reality is quite different at night.

The maintenance crew is the most positive thing about this complex. They are always professional polite, and do a great job now if we can get rid of the roaches, this place might be the best.

I loved living here 💯 but honestly the only good employee left to go be with his wife good for him but he was the balance !!! Let’s get down to it I was unfortunately only here since June, wish I could have stayed longer but unfortunately my grandma passed away and I got a job offer in another state so I had to move but the lack there for of help and money greed is crazy to me. So I emailed the property management company and it went straight to the office that’s who I was trying to avoid all the manager does is tell from her office she never comes out to confront or fix anything she is extremely sassy and thinks she’s above the law with parking she parks In handicap spots with out proper pass to park there , again I love living here if I were to stay away from all of them and never talk to them the whole time

Absolutely stunning apartments and the staff members are so phenomenal and very kind. The office is so quick to handle any issues or concerns and they all are such a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend them and I'm so grateful to be living at The Hendrix apartments.

I came in looking for an apartment, & Sandra and the manager were very thorough on what the process is from start to finish. They kept me updated from when I put my application & until I moved in. I did have a work order I needed for a leaky faucet about a month of me moving in, & the maintenance came in & took care of that right away. I would recommend this place to my friends and family! Thanks to all the staff for being so nice!
