Dagna the leasing agent was so helpful, she answered my question, I am glad to met her because while I was doing my shopping any leasing agent explained the all process as she did.

I went looking for an apartment and was welcomed by leasing agent Dagna. Her approach was spectacular. She's very natural and a great conversationalist. She convinced me that an apartment in this beautiful property would be my future home.

We rented this place for 2 years the only reason why it was convenient for our job and daycare, but over all the whole advertising is a lie, they show you an apartment that is used for the walk through and they tell you all apartments are like this . Well it’s a lie . During our first year we dealt with a re-pipe construction that over the time it cause damage to the bathrooms and under the sink , Teo they over paint what needs to be fixed like the cabinets, the bathrooms builds up a lot of mold no matter if you clean it daily because on unit 216 there’s a leak that they have been trying to figure but don’t. And now we moved out they don’t want to Give my deposit because they said of the damages that were left which I find ridiculous because this was all over the time Thank to their so called projects and the conduct a monthly inspection to see that the place is still well kept , and our apartment always passed but not when you are trying to leave them. Lol over all management is so unorganized and unprofessional so as the owner for not wanting to give us our money back.

I visited The Retreat today and had a great experience with Bailey. She was so nice and inviting and answered all of my husband and my questions. Our move in date isn't until August seeing were relocating from out of state but after today's visit we will definitely be leasing once we get closer. At the end of our tour we found out Bailey is the property manager which made us feel better knowing this will be the property we will be calling home soon. Thank you Bailey for making us feel so welcome.

I’ve lived at The Retreat for over 10 years now. It’s a small place but that’s what I love about it. I love the amenities (even though I can’t use them right now) And it’s always been a safe place to live. Jimmy and Terry have been great this year! They’ve been extremely understanding with all that’s happened and have been accommodating in every way. If your looking for a great place to live, that’s only 15 minutes from the strip, I definitely recommend my community
