Liberty Blvd. is a beautiful, very clean building, and I am very happy to be moving in. I like the extra security in this building, requiring FOBs to use the elevators and for entering the building after business hours. Saua has been incredibly helpful with any and all questions. She knows

I absolutely loved the time I spent at Liberty BLVD. Living here really made me love walking around downtown it was so easy to get to any of the restaurants or bars the city has to offer. I would brag to all my friends at how quickly I could get to

Chipotle or Trader Joes and back. The whole management team was so awesome to be around and made something as simple as stopping by the office to get the mail into a pleasant experience. Michael was a great manager. Krystal, the new manager is so awesome and so knowledgeable and the maintenance team led by Alex keep the place looking brand new.

Sold our condo and leased without an opportunity to view the apartment in person. My friends and family advised me against making a decision on where to live based on the internet. They told me horror stories about others who rented without seeing their

apartment. I didn't listen. And things could not be better. I absolutely 💖 our apartment. The building and unit looks even better in person. It's in one of the best locatione in Salt Lake City. Liberty Blvd is near everything: Trolley Square, the university, parks, grocery stores, oriental food mart, coffee shops, mall, bike stores, salons, barber shops, dry cleaners, gas station, public transportation, and too many restaurants to mention. You won't go hungry living here and everything you need is right around the corner. The building is new and staffed with the best people in the business: Lou, Louie, Ava, and Erick consistantly go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need to make our apartment feel like a home. We've been at Liberty Blvd for a little over a month. I don't hear my my neighbors, the staff always waves and smiles, I rarely see other people in the hall and the common areas always look great. I've had deliveries and a prompt repair. We enjoy using the gym, pool, rooftop, and drinking the free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate that is available in the social room along with a big screen TV and comfortable furniture. We arrived in SLC without the benefit of having a social network in place, so it has been nice to be around the friendly helpful Liberty Blvd team. They've helped to make it an easy transition from Illinois to Utah. We are a hundred percent happy with our decision to move to Liberty Blvd and looking forward to a massive amount powder.
