Overpriced and noisy, dont be fooled by the finishes. Check the county incident blotter for this location over the prior year and you’ll have a better idea. Unhinged tenants, police visits, and disruptive domestic violence issues are accepted and tolerated by management, as long as they get their monthly rent and fees. Way better options virtually anywhere else in town.

Oh my goodness. It breaks my heart leaving this community. I absolutely ADORE Vanessa (community manager) she was absolutely amazing. During the tuff times she was so easy to approach always had a smile on her face and never ever made us feel like any question was a silly question. Needed something fixed they were there on it. I loved this community because it was the perfect size. Super quiet and neighbors became friends. The reason we left was to relocate for work but we will miss this place so much. It was my first apartment on my own and I wouldn’t have wanted to switch my experience out for another place. Thank you Vanessa for making our experience absolutely amazing. I will miss it here ?♥️
