Commodore Regency Apartments

This is a good home. If you're looking for somewhere relatively inexpensive, relatively safe (all things considered in DTLA), and reasonably clean (the studio themselves are quite nice), this place is absolutely worth it. What makes it worth it is Ana, the head leasing agent, as she is incredibly responsive. She address issues as they come up really well. That makes any less desirable aspects of living here fade away. I'm glad to be here.

We’ve been here for a few months and love our apartment and the building so far. Ana is also highly professional, kind, and cares about the tenants experience here. However, tenants on the other hand here can be disrespectful and lack common courtesy when it comes to noise, cleaning up after themselves, and their pets. The surrounding neighborhoods can be very sketchy after hours, and you need to exercise increased caution (especially if you’re a woman).
