He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the leasing details without feeling rushed. Jeffrey made the whole experience smooth and welcoming—I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment.
I have been a resident at the Medici Apartments for a long time, and one ongoing concern is the lack of professionalism displayed by Giselle Dominguez, Assistant Manager. On multiple occasions—even during normal business hours—I have observed her in the office with the lights turned off for several hours at a time, creating an unclear and unprofessional atmosphere regarding whether she is working or available to assist residents. I have also noticed that when Giselle Dominguez closes the office, she often does so earlier than the posted closing time. This behavior does not reflect the level of professionalism and reliability that residents should expect from management.
