I really enjoyed my time at HWH! The apartments feel very modern and stylish, and nothing beats the rooftop hot tub and pool! The views are incredible. The apartment staff were so welcoming and helpful, I felt like part of the family.

The HW Hellman Building is on 4th St in downtown LA's Historic Core, surrounded by the Old Bank District's restaurants and bars. USC is about an 11-minute drive, with Metro rail close by. A historic-building option for students who want downtown at the doorstep.
