Absolutely horrendous. It is hands down the worst place to ever rent. The place reeks, the facades are crippling, and the units are cheaply “fixed.” I have submitted over 20 maintenance requests for plumbing, electrical, and missing fixtures throughout my time at the Broadway Lofts, yet none of them were properly fulfilled. They rotate property managers every so often so nothing ever resolves. Worst of all, they will close out your maintenance request without even coming to your unit. I highly recommend you live elsewhere because this place simply falls short.

Do not live here. As a current suffering resident I would never recommend anyone to live in this building and am currently trying my best to move. Management does not take care of issues in a timely manner or at all. People who live here are extremely loud at all hours of the day and night. I have contacted the leasing office/property management for over a year to take care of noise complaints and nothing has been done. There are several times break ins have happened/ been attempted. No 24/7 security. If you live here expect to arrive home at night to homeless encampments and bonfires set up outside the front doors, this will be a normal nightly occurrence. To top it off neighbors will allow their pets to relive themselves all over common areas and roof tops. Management does little to nothing to combat this other then sending an occasional email or posting a sign, leaving elevators and rooftop space to have a consistent smell of pet waste. Long story short. Horrible and unsafe location, extremely loud and unruly neighbors/pets, and management that does little to nothing. Avoid at all costs!

Want to Be Ignored and Disrespected? Broadway Lofts Has You Covered! Made an appointment with the leasing agent at Broadway Lofts for 1 PM. Showed up on time. No agent. No call. No email. No way to even get inside the building. Apparently, the leasing team here operates on a "ghosting is our policy" basis. While standing outside, I struck up a conversation with a current tenant. Asked how he liked living here—his response? "Wouldn’t recommend it." Fantastic endorsement. I’m sure someone from Broadway Lofts will eventually respond to this review with the classic “We strive to be professional and take feedback seriously” routine, which is hilarious considering I left multiple voicemails, and not a single one was returned. If this is their level of “professionalism” during the leasing process, I can only imagine what it’s like once you actually live here. Fortunately, this experience led me to contact The Met a few blocks away in a much better neighborhood (hello, South Park). Their leasing agent not only answered my call but also showed me multiple units the same day. Management actually responds, the building is well-kept, and honestly, I’d rather pay an extra $100 to live in a place where I don’t have to beg someone to take my money. So, in a way—thank you, Broadway Lofts, for being so unbelievably unprofessional and flakey. You unintentionally led me to a much better home. Keep up the bad work! ****update**** I moved to The Met, ended up with a 2 bedroom apartment about $150 more than what Broadway Lofts was asking. I absolutely love it here! An actual gym and pool, plus the quietest outdoor patio considering this is DTLA and TWO bedrooms!! 🫶🏽
