I’ve had a very difficult experience living here, and I want to share what the past several months have actually looked like. The move‑in process started with confusion around a “$1,000 off first month” promotion that was later changed to $500 off a future month, and even that became a dispute when the time came. Maintenance and communication have been ongoing problems. Our dishwasher leaked water across the unit for about a month despite multiple visits and different explanations. Even when told not to use soap, it continued leaking, including when it wasn’t running. Our kitchen light fixture stopped working and it took over a week for electricians to come out, only to discover it was a simple bracket issue. For the past month, I’ve also been dealing with an oven that fills the unit with smoke and sets off all the alarms. Multiple technicians have visited, but none have been able to identify the cause of the smoke or the melting on the oven door. The issue is still unresolved. Accessibility has also been a challenge. My girlfriend, who uses a wheelchair, cannot rent a garage space due to the layout. We’ve had to use the open garage next door, which has limited elevator access, meaning I have to push her up a steep ramp with active traffic. Billing has been unclear as well. After months of not receiving any utility bills, I was suddenly charged a retroactive amount of around $1,000 all at once, which was unexpected and difficult to resolve. Getting in touch with management has been extremely difficult. After my initial tour (which was done by the security guard), it took months of repeated calls, texts, and emails before I could reach anyone. The only reason I eventually did was because I had the guard’s personal number. Overall, my experience has involved unclear billing, slow or ineffective maintenance, unresolved safety issues, and very limited communication. Based on what I’ve dealt with, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable or responsive place to live.
