I wish I could give 0 stars. Whatever you do, no matter how much you love the apartment and the pricing, DONT MOVE HERE. They will scam you on utilities, your AC will be broken every summer, your roof will leak, the elevators will be consistently out of order, and the leasing office and maintenance team will ignore your phone calls and emails. You will not be treated like a human and your problems will not be taken seriously. I have never had less respect for a property management team. Oh and they require 60 days notice before you move which is a nightmare. Everyone who lives here hates it. BEWARE ALL FAM RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES.

If I could give zero stars I would. I applied to this complex in December. In their police it states if you’re not approved for the apartment they will give your 500 dollars back. It’s April and I still have not received a check in the mail or the money returned on my card. I’ve called multiple times and they claim they will speak with the property manager and they do not. From December to April I have called 10 times and get no response about my money. DON’T APPLY HERE !!!!!!!!

Left 3 messages for Management and unfortunately this is not where my energy would thrive based on the effectiveness of the staff and management of all properties associated with Jaiden and Ames it's a energy cesspool and cypering which is not acceptable and for good reason I found another location to embrace my energy.
None of the repairs at Ames were fixed and that left a lasting not good impression it's all a disaster and for clients who lease beware.

We visited the Jaide to view an apartment, and I’m incredibly grateful that Kina was there to assist us.
She was not only professional but also exceptionally patient, answering all our questions and thoroughly showing us everything there was to see.
We had another appointment scheduled at a different building immediately after, and we were concerned about being late. Instead of dismissing it as "not her problem," Kena went above and beyond. She explained that the other building was a sister property, giving leasing offices access to both.
She then took the initiative to show us all the available units in the first building and even contacted the leasing office manager of the second building, accompanying us there to ensure we saw everything we needed.
As for the Jaide building itself, the apartments are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities especially the gym is refreshing.
One thing you might need to know is that they don't have parking in the building.

The reviews are spot on. I recently went in to view two units. Upon arriving to the leasing office, I was told to sit at the table. No introductions, no inquiry on who I was, just sit. The leasing agent came out of the office 5 min later, grabbed some keys, and ushered me out… never introducing himself or asking for my name. We hurriedly viewed the units as he discussed the issues previous owners had and how they were only at 50% occupancy currently. Then he walked me to the pool, gym, and lobby. Even after informing the agent that I really liked the units and I was ready to sign a lease that minute, he told me that they would send everything over “in the manner that we had been communicating.” Funny thing was, I never communicated with the building prior to that moment. I was then ushered out the door.
I phoned the same day, the following day, and the day after, leaving clear messages each time and 0 callbacks! I’m literally trying to give you money and you can’t be bothered. Speaks volumes about the manager in charge.
