I have no issues living here, been here about a year now. It’s clean, always the cleaning lady is awesome. Managers are very nice and take care of any needs i’ve asked. Cute rooftop. Building tenants are friendly. Back of building area for animals bathroom needs if you’re in a hurry and is generally clean.

1. The water leaks due to the apartment itself. It is in disrepair. It ruined my personal stuff and they require us to pay the bill.
2. The staff here broke into my house and stood in front of my bedroom door without notifications and said it was emergency in the middle night. I just want to call the police.
3. The alarm always go off suddenly.
The elevator is always repairing.
The air conditioner broken in the cold winter and it takes them 10 days to fix it.
The attitude of the manager is so rude sometimes.
It sucks! It should be 0 score.

Overpromised and underdelivered. Elevators always broken, fire alarms going off, urine and trash in the stairways. There is no way to buzz into the building, therefore deliveries are left out in the street. On-site parking is only given out via non anonymous email lottery (ie management chooses who gets parking at their discretion, there is no waitlist). The rooftop has been “reserved for a private event” almost every Saturday and Sunday for the past 2 months. They advertise security at night, but I haven’t seen anyone on duty in months. Management will gaslight you. And then they will raise your rent 11%!

I was moving out of state from Arizona to LA and I applied to this apartment. First initial contact was fine and they set me up with a virtual tour. After that, everything went downhill. I applied and it took them two weeks to give me a status on my application. After another week they finally emailed saying my application was denied because of income (meanwhile I have a steady government job and make well over 3x the rent). I called and said there’s no reason I should be denied and they said they need more proof of income. So I sent over emails from supervisors and more pay stubs. Even offered to put a bigger deposit down for insurance. Another week went by with no correspondence. I finally contacted a leasing agent and she gave me the apartment manager’s number. Number one, when I called she sounded annoyed that I was even calling in the first place and she said she would get back to me by the end of the business day about my application. Never heard back from anyone.
Wasted almost a month on this place trying to live here because the price and location was good and didn’t want to waste money applying to a plethora of apartments but horrible and unprofessional management that will take weeks to respond to you about an application, if they even respond at all.

I have lived here for almost two years and the first year was great until the 24hr security changed to only being at 7pm until 7am. With that change of no security during the daytime and the property manager who is rarely here or in the office a homeless person actually walked into our building behind a tenant and was roaming the hallways.
During the Christmas holiday one of my packages was stolen that was placed by the mailboxes. I brought it up to the porperty manager and she said there was nothing she could do or the owners of the building. I requested that a note be placed around the building addressing the issue and I was ignored.
I was locked out of my apartment after walking to drop of the trash down the hall and i asked the security guard if he had the direct number to the property manager WHO LIVES ON SITE to unlock my door for me.
Security told me, from what little I could understand, that he did not have anyone's number or any emergency contact number and the manager does not like to be contacted on Sundays!
Don't get me wrong this is a beautiful building but for the price these issues that could be solved so easily should not be a problem to be taken care of. This is actual my last month here.
