Things were really great until WSH took over as management. The leasing agents are not very warm at all. And, right now they are currently doing construction, which will be ongoing for the next 4 months or so from Monday to Friday, that is so loud I have to leave my apartment everyday during work hours. I am not exaggerating when I say it sounds like the construction is happening in my living room. I wish I could upload the video so you can hear the level of noise, but I can only add photos. When I asked for some type of credit for the inconvenience, the only thing they could offer is a new unit… after I’ve JUST moved into this unit less than a year ago. That’s not convenient…that’s even more stressful. Additionally, when I moved in I was given a credit that I did not fully use, but since management changed and they did not do a good job of transferring records, I’m essentially having to prove that I still have credit left that is owed to me. This place was my dream when I moved in. The old leasing agents were so kind and helpful in getting me situated…that is not the case anymore here.

Lived here for a couple years and I enjoy it a lot. There is free coffee which helps professionals and Eunice and Xiomara are great and have personally helped me with any small issues that are not with the building itself but rather with things that go on in dtla that every building faces. Management also help me a lot when my cat sitters need to get in and out of my apartment or anything else really. Pretty chill and quiet overall as well.
